Roughly four years ago, my family and dined at The Pottery Tapas Bar, in Kingston. This hidden gem is nestled in the Kingston Upon Thames neighbhourhood, on a quiet street. It has a lovely eclectic and fascinating décor with a welcoming vibe. On that visit, we sat briefly in the garden before adjourning inside to eat the most scrumptious paella. This time Hubby took me on a surprise day out to Kingston. We had matcha lattes at Marna Café on London Road. Then, we shopped in Primark for a few essentials. He didn’t reveal where we would lunch and I couldn’t tell from his driving route. It was not until we arrived at the entrance that I knew we were at The Pottery Tapas Bar. Hubby and I visited on a Monday. It was not busy which was ideal for our child-free rendezvous. The Pottery Tapas Bar food is second to none.
