I’m careful with my bodycare because I have sensitive mature skin and prefer uplifting natural scents. From Aery’s bath and body collection, I choose Moroccan Rose Hand And Body Duo RRP£35. Firstly, who doesn’t love a multi-tasking product?! The wash and lotion contain Bergamot, Pepper (Top notes), Rose (Middle notes) Patchouli, Tonka Bean, Musk (Base notes).
The wash lathers well but not too much and doesn’t make the skin feel stripped. It fills the bathroom with the most delightful smell. The lotion cream is rich and moisturising. I noticed when I used it at night, I slept better. No midnight itchy spells, due to dry skin. I read at night in bed to unwind after a busy day. Dream Catcher sets the pace. Maybe it’s just me but there’s something magical about reading in a candle-lit space. Shadows dance on the walls and ceiling. When I’m ready to sleep, a few spritzes of the pillow and lights out.
The hand cream is 75ml and fits perfectly in a handbag. Now it doesn’t mean you’ll go to ‘ the land of nod’ but the scent is soothing for an overactive mind. I keep mine near me at my bedside while I read at night or on my book stool when I need my hands a break from the keyboard during the day.
